Voicemail messages and fax attachments are stored in RealAudio® format and TIFF format, respectively. Since these file formats are supported by several popular software packages, your computer might be pre-configured to play your voicemail messages and to view your fax attachments. - RealNetworks RealPlayer Basic is a free tool for listening to voice messages and other RealAudio files (.ra or .rm).
